Api's problem

All the other api's i use work properly, but these does not.

• "https://api.securitycenter.microsoft.com/api/users/{user_id}/machines"
• "https://api.securitycenter.microsoft.com/api/users/{user_id}/alerts"

Always return empty set.

Any idea?
