Error accessing salesforce
I've connected Copilot for service with salesforce and the connection shows enabled, yet I get this error
I have the same issue - so the question is can you define the fields that we use on our knowledge articles that the connector uses to search. Question__c and Content__c are not standard fields on the Knowledge Object.
