Unread Emails in Office 365 Groups
How are un-read items managed in the new 356 groups in Outlook? We get a little Blue triangle in the upper left corner of the message header. It seems to eventually go away but does so independentl...
Not possible to keep an email as unread from outlook. When you read a single email from the group it marks all emails in the group as read and the triangle disappears. This same behaviour applies to groups from OWA.
For me the little triangle doesn't go away after reading even if I double click to open in a full window
Marc Roussel mine is the same but it's always the most recently email that won't show up as read. Once I get a new email, that's the one that stays "unread".
