sensitive unified label publish

The 'Sensitive Unified Labels' - which gives an option to "publish" to 'All Groups' - does what exactly? (not giving Site or Teams classification options)

Yes - but "useless" as it is not giving the Site or Teams Classifications/Sensitivity - even though this are Groups 'driven' services ... :DAs explained in the other thread, this is not the same as group/site classifications, those can only be configured via PowerShell atm.
