Restoring deleted group personal account

Hi there,

I have a personal account where I created a group for a volunteer organisation. I no longer need the group, so I deleted it. However I've lost a lot of email attachments and emails (even unrelated to the group) and I want to restore the group. I can't access the admin centre because this is a personal account I access through the browser. I can't find anywhere to restore deleted groups because I can't access anything admin related.

I'd appreciate some assistance.
