ownerless group policy for large numbers of ownerless groups

Has anyone enabled the ownerless group policy in a tenant where it would surpass the 10k messages per day Exchange mailbox limit?  If you have experience with this particular scenario, would you mind sharing how you worked around it?  Thanks!
