Outlook Groups not showing up in Microsoft Outlook 365 in 2022

I entered new contacts with emails to set up four new outlook groups (totaled 130 contacts).  The new contacts show up in my contact list.  The four groups do not.  When I scroll down to groups icon, it does not show any groups.  There are no groups in my contact list even though I saved them.
