Outlook Accounts

This question is specific to Outlook so please tell me if this is the wrong place to ask.

I am sharing Office 365 with family members.  I just set it up on my wife's new computer and discovered that when her email POP account was added to Outlook it also added mine.  No idea how that happened.  Both accounts are shown in the folder list.  But when I go look at Account Settings it only shows her email account, so I'm not finding a way to delete my email account from her Outlook.  Can anyone provide a solution for this?
