Open Group Conversation from Edge results in Repeated Redirect Error 500

The "Repeated Redirect Error 500" you're having when trying to access Group Conversations in Microsoft Edge is very likely related to browser caching or/and cookies. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies (again)

Thank you for your feedback.
I tried the steps below,
1. Clearing Brower Cache and Cookies again did not work.
3. InPrivate worked. I have one extension that I disabled Webroot Web Threat Shield, however did nothing in normal mode still did not work. Even enable the webroot extension InPrivate mode and it still worked in Private mode.
4. Everything is up to date on my system.
5. Works in Chrome however I prefer my default browser to be Edge.
Can you suggest any other setting or troubleshooting
