Office 365 Groups - Channel mailbox possible at all?
Hi all, We use Office 365 Groups a lot including the mailbox that comes from each group. My question is within a group we may have some more channels to split the group up into different area...
Groups do not have Channels, Teams do. While Teams channels can have an email address, it's not associated with the Group. You can however configure a mail flow rule to "capture" messages addressed to the channel and have them sent to a mailbox instead.
With Groups, you can enable folder support, albeit it's limited to just subfolders of the Inbox.
