O365 Group naming policy for OLD o365 groups
Hello,
I just created a naming policy for o365 groups. I can seee that the policy is applying for all newly created O365 groups via Outlook/OWA clients. How do i apply this policy for the groups which existed even before i created this naming standard policy?
Please advice?
- Hi, You cannot apply this policy for the groups which existed even before naming policy created. Another possible way may be to rename groups in bulk using PowerShell. But again it will just change the Group display name and email address.
