Anyone think this will actually be released in November?

I hope so.... been waiting for aaaaaages.

It says November, but will be for Monthly Channel only I guess..

    We apologize for the delay. Please know that shipping Drag and Drop on Outlook Desktop is our top most priority right now. We are very close to rolling this out post testing a few scenarios. The latest update is that we are expecting to ship this new functionality to Insiders Fast by end of January, 2020. If you are on monthly channel/CC builds, you will start seeing the feature in Q1 2020.
