Is there an "easy" direct URL to see all Groups I am part of?

MicrosoftBrent while you are correct there is no single URL since groups are surfaced in the different apps that uses them. A easy starting point is Outlook on the web today.
While getting the list of the ones you are a member of is important, what we've seen is give me a list and enable me to take actions from that list. We are looking at improving that scenario using the People hub on the web.
