Is Groups getting a new mobile app icon?

I don't see it on my android devices, but a few users on iphones/ipads are telling me their groups icon has been updated from the blue background with 3 outline people, to a white background with a b...

Yeap, it seems to be like this.... someone else mentioned this here in the Office 365 Space. Adding cfiessinger

    just got the new icon on android

    Let me go on record saying this is a very poor icon with no visual context for users whatsoever

      curious if this is the 'final' design, Christophe Fiessinger, or maybe the rationale for the change?

        I got the update Today and well, difficult to see how this logo is related to Groups
