ICYMI Outlook Groups in now a Universal app...
Don't know if I just missed this but I've downloaded Outlook Groups onto my Surface :-) Nice app.

I found nothing in the Store...
- How I found it was I have it installed on my Windows 10 Mobile device. It now appears in My apps on my profile in Windows 10.
- It's on my Win10 Mobile for a long while. In Store it's in section "Doesn't work on your device", but i'm on desktop currently. Will check on Surface some later... Thank you.
