How prevent creating groups for specific security grp

Question

Hi,can you help me please with my usecase? We allow create M365 grps in wide tenant, but in one case we need prevent it for specific group.Do you know any solution please? You can only specify an "allow" group, so for your scenario you can create a group with "negative" membership and use it.
