Hidden membership groups - should members be hidden from eachother, too?

Yes we really could use this for student support service at our college.

We need to send documents to all our learners, that they can fill in and we can monitor progress. Teams Assignments is ideal for this, as Teams is heavily used now across college (due to the pandemic!) and all staff and students are familiar with it.

But putting all our supported students in one group where they can see who else has support needs is unacceptable for data protection reasons.
