MCRSFTUSR Hey, I don't agree that the thread should be ignored as there are more than one way of work. I rarely schedule meetings myself (rather configure them backend or attend) but assume you're talking about "suggested meeting hours" in Outlook or do you simply mean the "suggested time" in Teams? 🙂
Let me just add that the "suggested time" is only available for up to 15 invitees.
