Emails older than one year and not found in Microsoft o365 group in outlook
Emails older than one year for Microsoft o365 group is not found in outlook but can see in webmail. Tried all online mode /cache mode/ slide the bar for all in account settings. Please advice
That's the expected behavior. If you want to impose controls, have the users "subscribe" to the Group, so they receive messages directly in their mailbox, then apply retention policies as needed.
Thanks Vasil. The user is one of the owner of the group. Is subscribing different from that.
