Emailing Groups - CC & BC

Hello,

I have a group of colleagues I regularly send emails out to. I would like to add them to a group in my Outlook email so that I don't have to type everyone into the email individually every time. However, my email requires that some people are cc'd while others are bcc'd, is there a way to make that a setting for when I send out emails to the group?
