Deleting office 365 groups
Dears if a office 365 group was deleted , will the chat stay in the member's inbox?
adteck Hello! Every team in Teams is backed by a Microsoft 365 Group with a SharePoint site and Exchange mailbox. The chats are actually stored i Azure Cosmos DB but ingested in the associated mailbox (hidden folder) for compliance records. If the groups is deleted so is the SharePoint site and Exchange mailbox.
