Coverting a Shared Mailbox to a Office 365 group
Hi I would need some help where my Organization wants me to migrate a shared mailbox to a Microsoft Office 365 group, can someone help me the steps i can use to perform this?
- This is not a supported scenario, only Distribution groups can be "converted" to O365 groups. You will have to manually create the group and configure all its properties, as well as move any content from the shared mailbox.
