AD security groups and Office 365 groups
If there is an AD security group that is synced to the cloud and you go create an Office 365 group with the same name do you run into any conflict issues?

And email addresses, if it's a mail-enabled security group. In general, you should receive a notification for any conflicts, or you can use the MIIS tool to view errors reported during the last sync cycle.
