Office365 secure score - Not scoring
From my experience with Secure Score, all reports must be initiated from the secure score list. So, for each of those you mentioned, expand the topic, click on the button below to get further explanation and click on Update button at the bottom to get to the report.
You cannot just go to the report in the Admin console. Secure Score have hooks in their lists that will trigger a score when you go a review them.
Apologies. Missed that line. The Microsoft folks here can look at your tenant. They may have you go to the Help tab at the bottom and submit a message,

As Jeff mentioned, please use the feedback button to let us know of this issue. This will also give us your tenant info that we can use to investigate.
Would you also private message me your ticket number that you got from support? They should have handled this for you.
