Thank you so much for replying what about Azure Sentinel in Hub Subscription is this also enables on each Subscription and view it on single windows or We can deploy Azure Sentinel centrally in hub subscription and mange all subscriptions from it.

You can manage all subscription with one sentinel installation. Sentinel works with connectors and you can find, which data going into your solution. You can enroll only one sentinel solution per tenant, but you can manage all available subscriptions in this tenant with sentinel.
