Little warning on the new Purview suite for M365BP

I'm struggling to find a definitive source for exactly what is included in the Microsoft Purview Suite for Business Premium licence - and what isn't. For example, can an organisation with this licence set default retention labels on libraries?
As we speak Microsoft is fixing a couple of issues like Administrative units and some other glitches. When those are fixed, the Purview for M365BP should be on par with E5 Compliance add-on.
