Identifiy an Intune tenant

Even if you were to identify which tenant it belongs too, usually this is based on a unique guid so wouldn’t give you much info.
I am curious though, what makes you think it’s tied to Intune? The only real hard connection that could be there is based on the hardware hash of a device/AutoPilot and that generally would show during initial setup because it’ll ask you to sign into a work account.
If the device was previously just enrolled into Intune, wiping it and reinstalling Windows generally removes any link to Intune.
