Core case creation

Hi, I'm trying to create a case whereby I want all email from an external domain, I can't seem to enter this into the Participants area... it only allows selecting an internal user account.

 

The documentatons says this... but I can't enter that anywhere

participants:contoso.com

 

Any ideas?

    Hi,
    In your case, on the search panel:
    - Select "All Exchange mailboxes" (or a smaller scope of recipients)
    - "Add Condition" > "Sender/Author" with your domain "@contoso.com"
    You should find all the emails sent from your external domain.

        It's the same logic with :
        "Add Condition" > "Keywords" with "recipients:contoso.com"
