Changing retention action on a label

Hi,

I have created a label which deletes content after X years and now the end user wants to change this action but I cannot do this from the UI as I believe it only can be done via PowerShell. 

I am using the Set-ComplianceTag command but there is no option to change the retentionaction flag. 

Would anybody have any ideas on how to change this value?
