Authenticator suddenly stopped allowing user to approve session

One of my users has suddenly been unable to approve a sign on session through the Authenticator app.  She was set up to receive push notifications.  This has been working for a couple of years.  Yest...

Some times you have to delete the App and re-install the APP
and then as a admin reset the MFA authentication

    Thank you. This has been resolved. The user had been blocked and I needed to reset the MFA authentication
