Attack simulation training
I have raised a support case with Microsoft (Case #:26254527). The case was closed and resolved as a bug thus why I'm posting this here.
To summarize, we have users who have completed all their assigned training but still constantly get the email notification from trainingassignment@microsoft.com saying they have not completed the training.
Any help to fix this issue would be great appreciated.
- CGCopper ContributorPossibly related, we have a ticket in for Attack Simulation Training flagging users that didn't open testing attachments as "failed" and assigning training to them (creating spam from trainingassigment@microsoft.com), even though they never opened the attachment.
It appears that some basic logic in the back end is very wrong.- Michael PlattBrass ContributorIt's crazy you mentioned that because I have users telling me the same. I basically have to apologize and say that Microsoft controls reporting aspect and I have no control.
