When trying to fill the signup form for Microsoft Q&A Product Champions Program, it ask for an email which contain only numbers. Please check and tell me why?

They take time to understand questions, provide clear and accurate answers, and follow through until issues are resolved. New contributors can build these habits early by answering in areas they know well, also by going through some examples of other contributors to understand more the answering process.
