The add-on is not nescassary any longer this was the old way for sso.
You can use admx template for chrome and set: Allow automatic sign-in to Microsoft® cloud identity providers

JimmyWork can you please provide an URL to any Microsoft documentation that describes that the Windows Account extension for Chrome is no longer required to meet Entra ID Conditional Access Policy requirements for device compliance? I have been unable to locate anything indicating as such so far. I would much appreciate it!
