Hey guys. I just came across this as well which is odd considering I've done staged rollouts for clients numerous times. After I put the user in the Staged Rollout group, it kept redirecting to ADFS. I completed the ADFS login. After that, it stopped redirecting to ADFS and remained in Entra Auth. Give that a try.
