MFA was turned off
I'm looking for somewhere to be able to identify when MFA was turned off on a user account. It would be great to see how/who turned it off as well. Any insight? Thanks!

TomWechsler Sign-in logs only go back 1 month... And it looks like it happen outside of that time frame.
