We're getting the same error. Unfortunately for us we're setting this up for a client and just got to this phase of the project, so for us, it's never worked. This is holding up the project for us.

I had raised critical ticket with Microsoft.They have found issue in ESTS and deploying in production on coming week Wednesday.

Manoj_Singh Wow, that's great to hear that MSFT found an issue and is working fast to correct it. I'm having this issue when adding a user with a gmail.com address to a SharePoint site (we do not have gmail federation enabled). When I invite an aol.com address to the same site, I get an error that the account cannot be found. I don't know why the experience is different or if this fix may help both cases.
