Incoming changes to Azure AD login page branding
The Azure AD team is preparing a change in the way branding logic is applied to Azure AD and Office 365 login pages. The team has identified several different scenarios across which some nuances will be applied to branding, instead of the "all or nothing" approach we have currently.

- Interesting info...what I have found challenging in regards of the Office 365 SignIn branding is about the illustration picture...the 1420x1200 size seems not be right...have a look also to the comments here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-add-company-branding
The picture never looks good, I beleive in your terms it's "unresponsive design" :) Given my limited knowledge in web design, I just put something to illustrate the branding capabilities and leave it to more skilled people to figure it out.
