IDFIX version 2.3.0.0 issues

Hi 

Can anyone tell me where to log IDFIX support issues? 

I'm having multiple issues with version 2.3.0.0. including

   No support for the .africa TLD

   Reports duplicate errors on objects but only shows one of the pair of objects

  Error message: " Error in rules runner. The server does not support this control. The control is critical..
