- Hi, as long as you follow this process - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/enroll-a-windows-10-device-automatically-using-group-policy#configure-the-auto-enrollment-for-a-group-of-devices - and filter using the security groups, you should have no issues and those not targeted by the GPO will be unaware / unaffected.
