You can use the exact same parameters as with "traditional" groups, only difference is you have to use the Set-UnifiedGroup cmdlets. The parameters are:

AcceptMessagesOnlyFrom
AcceptMessagesOnlyFromDLMembers
AcceptMessagesOnlyFromSendersOrMembers

RejectMessagesFrom
RejectMessagesFromDLMembers
RejectMessagesFromSendersOrMembers

RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled

And you can also use Transport rules.
