Health service data is not up to date

After installing the ADFS Connect Health agent we are not getting the data. Running Test-AzureADConnectHealthConnectivity -Role ADFS succeeds. We have followed the suggestions on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-health-data-freshness#troubleshooting-steps and they did not help. 

Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot?
