Event 32012 repeatedly logged in the Microsoft Azure AD Connect Agent Updater log
Since Sept. 27, the following event has been logged once an hour in the Microsoft Azure AD Connect Agent Updater Admin log in Event Viewer (Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > AzureADConnect > AgentUpdater > Admin):

Description:
The Microsoft Azure AD Connect Agent Updater service failed to check for updates.
Additional details: 'The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.'.
It looks like Azure AD Connect may have auto-upgraded on Sept. 26 to version 1.4.18.0. Is this a known issue?

- There were many changes in that update and some unexpected issues with data getting removed, but I'm not aware of anything that would be causing your issue. take a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/reference-connect-version-history to see if there is something i missed.
