Enable Use a Different Authenticator App
I do not have this option in my tenant and need to be able to enable it for third party MFA management. I have been unable to find anything that prevents it. However, all of the other tenants we manage have this feature.

In case you want to enable third party application for MFA you should change the next setting
check the last box.
you can access this setting using the next link:
https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/usermanagement/mfasettings.aspx

- Last time I poked around this, there were no controls. You can always open a support case and ask Microsoft directly?
