Dynamic group - + Add Expression greyed out

I am a Global Admin with Entra P1 subscription and I can't add expressions on a dynamic group of devices.  I thought I used to, but now can't all of a sudden?  Does anyone know what changed in Micros...

Nope.  Only 1 rule.  I deleted the rule and recreated it and now the add expression is not greyed out.  I'm opening a ticket with Microsoft since I have many of these dynamic groups and can't go recreating them all.

Weird stuff, great to see that at least you've been able to identify the issue and move forward from there. If you need any further investigation let me know and i'll try my best to help you.

    Thanks so much.  One other note for anyone interested.  When you click on Learn More link, it takes you to the below.  States that the Rule Builder cannot be used for device -based dynamic membership.  The group I re-created is device based and I used the rule builder to create and now I can edit it with rule builder as well.  So, Microsoft is lost on this one.

    This whole rule builder feature seems to be sketchy.
