Do AzureAD Dynamic groups sync changes to On-Prem security groups?
If I configure Dynamic groups in Azure AD, will the group membership changes be synchronized back to on-premises AD?
No, enable and save rules for Dynamic membership is possible just with Office 365 group. this group is not Sync with on-prem.
