Configuring authentication session controls in Azure AD

Need some help...

 

I have setup Access Controls/session controls that will cause authentication every 8 hours for "All Cloud Apps".  In the conditions I have selected "Client Apps (Preview)" and chose to apply this to the "Browser" only.  "Mobile app and desktop client" have not been selected.  However, all clients for the targeted users are being forced to authenticate every 8 hours.  Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    It could be bug as still in preview, I tried it before and didn’t work as expected. I had changed it from TokenLifeTime Policy in Azure using PS.
