Complicated roles

I’m having trouble getting my credentials in the report.

I want the shop to be unable to choose another RKS or another country in the filter when entering a report made available to it. A store should only see its country and its RKS and the ranking of stores throughout the country, and compare its revenue with that of other stores (lowest table).

Is this even possible to do? The cube is thrown on Azure, but I tried to reflect the model in Power BI.
