Bulk Update Azure AD for MFA
Is it currently possible to bulk update or pre-register Azure MFA options for users? For example the users company phone number and email address are known and it would be useful to pre-register ...

As for populating authentication details, the following should (eventually, once they "merge" the data from SSPR/MFA) apply: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/active-directory-passwords-data
But not yet, so it's just for reference :)
Does anyone know if this feature is going to work?
It is 2023 and bulk update does not seem to work at all.
