Blocking email in outlook mobile application via conditional access and Intune
Hello, all.
We’re currently experiencing an issue where corporate email remains accessible in the Outlook mobile app on personally owned iOS devices, even after the device either falls out of compliance or undergoes an enterprise wipe. These devices are managed through Intune. Additionally, some users may have personal email accounts configured within the Outlook mobile app already. Below is the conditional access policy currently applied to mobile devices. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Issue: Corporate email in the Outlook mobile app on personal iOS devices remains accessible even after a device becomes non-compliant or is enterprise-wiped via Intune. Personal email accounts may also exist in the app.

Request: Guidance on how to fully block or remove corporate email from Outlook mobile when a device is non-compliant or wiped.
Hi,
try the WhatIf menu option in conditional access to see what happens on those devices, and create some "WhatIf scenarios" to see results and validate them
maybe something is happening on the "exclude" sections on users or targets that you shared on printscreens.
Try to a set the policy to off (or Report Only) , wait few minutes and back to on again, just to be sure that is back to normal state.
Feel free to share your results
