Bally Kahlon Did you ever find a resolution for this issue? We are having the same problem...Just a handful of users. The screen that they am redirected to looks different, but same title/header.

Shawn_Beeson Yes we did! It means the client organisation had put Tenant Restrictions in place - Further details about what this is and how some orgs "allow" access in the link below. We come across this more often and are discussing with MS how we can better handle this.
